The Martensville Community Recreation Project will be hosting our 2023 AGM on Tuesday, June 13 at the Canalta Hotel in Martensville. The meeting will start at 9:00pm and will be held in the hotel boardroom.
All are invited and welcomed to attend!
The following positions will be up for election:
- Vice Chair
- Bookkeeper
- Advertising
- 3 Director positions
If you or someone you know is interested in joining the MCRP board, send us your nomination to info@mcrp.ca. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor. To be eligible for a position on the board, nominees must have completed a minimum of 3 hours of volunteer time at an MCRP event in the last 12 months. All 2022-2023 positions will be voted on at the AGM on June 13.
