The Martensville Community Recreation Project will be hosting our 2024 AGM on June 18th. All are invited and welcomed to attend!
Have you been thinking about wanting to get more involved in the community but are a little unsure where to start? Have a love for recreation and sport, and want to contribute to youth opportunities for the future? Come join us on the MCRP! We are looking to recruit more volunteers to assist with our fundraising events, as well as welcome volunteers from other sport genres and backgrounds. Even if you don’t have children in sports right now, your involvement is still welcome! Together we are working to expand and improve recreation facilities and programs within our community and we’d love your help!
The following positions will be up for election:
If you or someone you know is interested in joining the MCRP board, send us your nomination to info@mcrp.ca. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor. To be eligible for a position on the board, nominees must have completed a minimum of 3 hours of volunteer time at an MCRP event in the last 12 months. All 2024-2026 positions will be voted on at the AGM on June 18.
